NWD VIEWER
ONLINE.

Drop an .nwd or .nwc and the model renders right in the page — no Navisworks, no download, no account. Then take it away as an IFC if you want to keep it.

SHORT ANSWER

Upload an NWD and Veksle converts it and renders the result in your browser — orbit, pan and zoom the model with nothing installed. If you want to keep or reuse it, download the IFC. Free while we are in launch.

A desktop viewer means an install and, for most people, hunting down Navisworks Freedom. An online viewer means you paste in a file and look at it. Here is how this one works and where its limits are.

How it works

  1. Upload one .nwd or .nwc, up to 2 GB.
  2. The file is converted to IFC4 and the result is rendered in the page — drag to orbit, right-drag to pan, scroll to zoom.
  3. Download the IFC if you want to open the model in your own tools later. Or just look and leave.

View your NWD in the browser

Upload the file, see it render, download the IFC if you want it. Free, no install, files deleted after every conversion.

Want to use the model, not just view it?

The download is a real IFC4 file you can open in Revit's IFC link, Solibri, BIMcollab, Dalux and the rest. See convert NWD to IFC, or how to open an NWD file for both options side by side.

FAQ

Can I view an NWD file online?

Yes. Upload it here and the model renders in your browser after a quick conversion — no Navisworks and nothing to install.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The viewer runs in the browser. You only need a browser with WebGL support, which any current one has.

Is it free?

Yes, while we are in launch. No account, and your file is deleted from the server as soon as the conversion finishes.

Can I download the model after viewing?

Yes — the conversion produces an IFC4 file you can download and open in your own BIM tools.

What is the difference from Navisworks Freedom?

Freedom is a free desktop viewer that opens NWD/NWC but exports nothing. This runs in the browser with no install and hands you an IFC you can actually reuse.
